Welcome to ReeTrip! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile applications, and travel-related services. By using ReeTrip, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
ReeTrip offers travel planning, hotel bookings, airport transfers, guided tours, holiday packages, and other tourism-related services in Turkey, UAE, Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information when making a booking.
- You are responsible for ensuring that all travel documents (passport, visa, etc.) are valid and up to date.
- All prices are listed in EUR / USD and are subject to change without notice.
- Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the service.
- We accept major credit/debit cards and other secure payment methods.
- Cancellation policies vary by service and will be clearly communicated before booking.
- Some bookings may be non-refundable.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 working days, minus any transaction or service fees.
- Requests to change bookings must be made in writing at least 7 days before your scheduled travel.
- We will do our best to accommodate changes, but additional charges may apply.
ReeTrip is not responsible for delays, losses, injuries, or other issues arising from third-party providers (e.g., hotels, airlines, transport companies). While we carefully select our partners, all services are used at your own risk.
ReeTrip shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in service due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, government actions, epidemics, or flight cancellations.
All content on ReeTrip’s platforms (text, images, logos, etc.) is the property of ReeTrip and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.
By using ReeTrip, you also agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
